GENERAL CONDITIONS OF LODGING IN APARTMENTS AND HOTELS

Our prices include:
•Lodging in the chosen building or in other of similar conditions in the event of a exchange. Bed clothing, towels and table linen. IVA.

Our prices do not include:
•Activities or services in the building if not been negotiated.
•Daily cleaning of the apartment, change of clothing and transportation.

Important note:
•Entrance: from 16:00 h. Exit: before 10:00 h.
•150 Euro deposit to cover possible damage and lack of cleanness affecting the apartament.
•In the event of arriving in dates or times different to those reserved, it must be communicated as much in advance as possible.
•Animal admission under prior consulting.

Cancellations:
•The user may cancel the services or accommodation they have reserved at any time.
•In the event of cancellation, the amounts paid will be refunded, except for the following percentages of the full price:
20 days +:10%
15/20 days:15%
10/14 days:20%
7/9 days:30%
3/6 days:50%
last 48 hours:80%
Non-arrival:100%
•In the event of a lack of, or the absence of, snow, this will not exempt the user from payment of the percentages due on cancellation of accommodation.
