Reservations made directly with Solineu have the following check-in and check-out conditions:

• Hotel & Apartments Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out Apartments: by 10:00 AM
• Check-out Hotel: by 12:00 PM

Both hotel and apartment check-ins start at 3:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, you may check in before this time.

AD (Bed & Breakfast): Includes accommodation for the night of arrival and subsequent nights, plus breakfast for the following days until the guest's departure.

MP (Half Board): Includes dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure. Please note that drinks are NOT included.

PREFERENCES

Any preferences you request at the time of booking (e.g., high floor, double bed, adjoining rooms) will be considered, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but they cannot be guaranteed. All photographs on the website are of our accommodations and are examples of sample rooms and apartments. Accommodations may vary as we have several rooms of the same type.

AGES

A baby is considered to be up to 2 years old (inclusive), with a free stay and a free crib service subject to availability. A child is considered to be between 3 and 11 years old (inclusive). An adult is considered to be 12 years old and over.

REFUNDABLE RATE

50% of the total amount will be charged before arrival at the hotel, and the remaining 50% at check-in. Accepted cards: VISA and MASTERCARD.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

100% of the total amount will be charged via debit or credit card. Accepted cards: VISA and MASTERCARD. If the card verification fails, the hotel will contact the booking holder to verify the card number or request a different one. If not, the hotel may cancel the reservation.

Throughout the Year:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• 100% charge for cancellations 1 day before or on the same day as the reservation.

Except:

• High Season (December 26 to January 6) / January Saturdays / February and the first week of March:
  • More than 20 days: 10%
  • 15/20 days: 15%
  • 7/9 days: 30%
  • 3/6 days: 50%
  • Last 48 hours: 80%
  • No-show: 100%

Changes to entry dates are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation policies and fees. Customers can request changes via email at info@lamolina.com. Any request for reservation modification is subject to the establishment's availability at the time of the request and may involve a rate change. No Show: A no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the total value of the reserved stay. Early Departure: The Hotel & Apartments will charge according to the reservation.

This is €0.66 per person per night. It is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid directly at the reception. It applies to all guests aged 16 and over, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
